A BIT ABOUT ME...
I’m Hannah and I'm a holistic and spiritual healing practitioner, Reiki Master, intuitive and Meditation and Breathwork facilitator as well as working in the medical field as qualified nurse for over 10years. It has been my intention and is now my life’s work to help individuals from all walks of existence to reconnect and come home to themselves in place of inclusivity, non-judgement, grounding and safety.
I use variety of spiritual work, earth honoring practices and psychological approaches, with the aim to balance and heal the mind, the physical body and the soul. I offer support and guidance in the discovery of your unique innate wisdom and gifts which we all hold within. I hope to help in enabling you to live with more freedom, balance and connection.

What is Breathwork?
Breath is, as we all know, something we all do automatically thousands of times every day of our lives.
Yet, learning to conciously control your breath is such a natural and beautiful practice.
It works on so many layers of both our conscious and subconscious minds. Psychologically, it returns our nervous system to a felt sense of safety. It removes us from 'fight or flight' mode which is where we leave the present moment and our bodies and function in a cycle of unconscious distress. We so often live in this space without even knowing it.
Our breath is a portal to our deep knowing, a connection to our inner selves and to our intuition which is lying beneath the layers of habits and patterns which we have accumulated throughout our lifetimes.
When we spend time being present with ourselves through breath and meditation practices, we can begin to understand ourselves, our lives and what we actually need to keep us feeling safe and to move through life with more ease and freedom.
Over thousands of years, many ancient traditions have used Breathwork and meditation practices in this way. Now, modern science has also clearly revealed the positive effects regular practice can have on creating new pathways in the brain and improving our overall health and wellbeing.
All this can be at our fingertips by using our own body's natural resources - isn't that amazing.

COMMUNITY MEDITATION, BREATHWORK, YOGA AND VEGAN LUNCH
I have a very exciting new venture to announce!!
This will be happening every other Saturday at starting on the 21st of August 2021
I have been working on this along with Yogi Vibes and The Orchard community cafe in Basingstoke.
This is an amazing opportunity to take some time for yourself at the start of the weekend to breathe, stretch and relax and to share an amazing vegan lunch and healthy smoothie with likeminded people.
We will be offering different choices of food and smoothie each week!
